When you decide to buy one of our pieces, you will be redirected to our Etsy shop for processing of your order. You may communicate with us about your order either through our Etsy shop or by email at Info@NarrativeCollection.com.
Shipping and Processing Time
Processing time
- The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Some items I have all ready to go, so you'll get it quickly! Other items will only be made when you order them and creation time will vary depending on the piece. When you order an item, I will let you know whether I have it ready to go or will give you an estimated processing time. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
- I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
- North America: 5-7 business days
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and is being processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- To fulfill your order
- For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
Custom and Personalized Orders
If you would like an item personalized, please contact me to discuss possible options. Please note that some items cannot be customized. Price for customized items will vary and will be given to you in advance of production. Customized items cannot be returned.
Items shown on our Limited Editions page are examples of our custom work and are not for sale. If you would like to purchase a similar item, please contact us to discuss your design at Info@NarrativeCollection.com.
Care instructions
To keep your NarrativeCollection jewelry beautiful, please use care when wearing it to avoid bringing it into contact with other metals or materials that may scratch it, harsh chemicals, lotions, acne medications, dyes and perfume. Tarnish is a natural process that affects all metals and some believe it enhances the beauty of the piece. If you prefer to remove the tarnish, use a soft cloth made specially for jewelry polishing.
Please note that some of our pieces are specially patinated to give a richer color. This will be noted in the item description. Do not use a polishing cloth on these items as it will damage or remove the patina.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your NarrativeCollection items will arrive individually packaged in a gift box or bag that is perfect for giving to someone special or keeping for yourself. If you purchase items sold as a set, they will be packaged together. If you purchase several items and would like them packed together in one box or bag, please leave me a note at checkout. Personalized gift messages and direct shipping to gift recipients are also available upon request - just tell me in the notes to seller at checkout.
